Hakka Noodles

One of the simplest and most loved noodles can be made with chicken , paneer or prawns .
Usually restaurants put ajinomotto or msg that adds to the flavor we do not get at home , but once again i repeat plz avoid it at home, choose health over taste .

Boil 100 gms of spaghetti or flat hakka noodles ( i prefer these 2 over the reqular hakka noodles u can use those if u wish )
Marinate 100 gms chicken cut into really thin long strips , with 1 tsp garlic powder , salt and 1 tsp white pepper powder .
In a wok heat oil , add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 chopepd green chilli , 1 tbsp chopped spring onion bulb , saute little add 1 maggi chicken cube ( this also does have a low amount of preservatives u can avoid it if u want) saute and add marinated chicken, and cook till half done , add a fist each of julienned carrot , cabbage and capcicum , cook for a min and add the boiled noodles and stir fry little , 1 tsp vinager , 2 tbsp dark soya sauce and some chopped spring onion greens . Toss well for 2 more min and serve hot , as it is or along with some shezwan chutney .

To make the same a spicier version , add 2 tbsp red chilli sauce and 1 tbsp shezwan chutney while tossing.
