Gujrati Kadhi

This is the sweet kadi served mostly in thali , tastes amazing with some soft khichdi for some light comfort food kinda days.

Grind together 1 cup of dahi , 1 v small pc of ginger , 1 green chilli , 2 tbsp sugar , salt , 2 tbsp chana aata . Blend to a fine paste , add 2 cups of water and cook till slightly thick.

For baghar .. heat some oil or ghee , add few curry leaves , half tsp rai , half tsp zeera , a pinch of hing and 1 red chilli broken to pcs . Let it splutter and pour on the kadhi , serve hot.
