Grills and Wok Style Mutton Mandi Soup
Alot of u had requested for this and here it is .
Blend together half inch of sliced ginger , 10-12 cloves of garlic , 3-4 green chilli , half tsp whole Dhanya , half tsp zeera , half tsp whole black pepper ,2 green elaichi , 2 Laung , 1 inch dal chini, 1 small tej patta. Blend with little water to. A fine paste .
In a presst cooker put 500 gm mutton and the prepared paste along with , 1.5 litre water and salt . Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle and low heat for 20 min . Then add a handful of soaked white chana ( Choley \ kabuli chana) and pressure cook again on high heat for first whistle and low heat for 10 min .
In a vessel heat 50 gm butter and sauté 2 tbsp maida till fragrant. Put 1 stock cube or 1 tsp aromat powder. And add half litre water . Mix and switch off heat and keep aside .
Once mutton is done add the entire content in the pressure cooker to the maida aata . Cook for 4-5 min and then add 1.5 cup milk . And cook for another 1-2 min .
Serve hot.
