Grilled Chicken Cheese Lifafa

This is a superrrrr easy recipe you can make for Ramadan and otherwise.

Firstly marinate thin slabs of 500 gm boneless chicken with salt , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp black pepper powder and juice of 1 lime . Let marinate for half hour and grill with v little oil till done . Shred and keep aside .

In a big bowl mix 1.5 cup finely chopped cabbage , 1 cup mayo and the shredded chicken .

Take a spring roll sheet and in the centre spread the prepared batter in square shape ( see the angle properly in the video , so that the corners don’t remain empty and you get a perfect shape ) top with grated mozzarella cheese . Apply Maida slurry on sides and fold from all 4 corners to make a square lifafa . Prepare all and keep aside ( you can freeze at this stage )

Shallow fry on medium high heat till golden and serve immediately.
