Green Sprout Sabzi

This is a super healthy and delicious recipe u can eat of ur on a diet or even if u are just willing to add something healthy and tasty to your meal .

Firstly blend together a handful of coriander and mint , along with 5 green chilli ,3-4 garlic cloves , 1 tsp Kasoori methi and 4 tbsp dahi . Keep aside

In a pressure cooker put oil , 1 tsp whole zeera , 1 onion chopped and 1 tbsp chopped garlic ( use green garlic if it’s available and in season ) sauté well till light golden and add 2 chopped tomatoes, salt , 1 tsp garam masala powder, half tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder and the prepared paste . Cook really well till oil separates . Then add 250 gm of choice of mix sprouts . 1 cup water and mix . Pressure cook for 2 whistles on high heat ( this is if ur just using small size sprouts like moong etc . If u have ragda and rajma etc also as a part of it , then you will pressure cook on high heat for 1 whistle then keep on low heat for 10 min )

Once done check consistency. Cook on high heat to dry water if needed or add little water if u want to serve it with rice .
Lastly add some chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
