Green Sharbat

Take 1 litre milk and  bring to boil , now add 1.5 tea cup sugar ( this might seem alot but this is because we will add lots of ice ) now add 2 tbsp custard powder mixed with 1 glass of water . Mix well , add 2 tbsp masala milk powder ( I make it at home in large batch using 150 gm kaju , 150 gm badam , 100 gm pista , little saffron and 2 tbsp elaichi powder… just grind all for a few pulses don’t make into powder.)also add sliced kaju badam pista according  to your choice.
Cook till the milk is nice and thick . Switch off heat and add Little green colour and 1 tsp icecream essence , mix well and let cool.
Now make China grass jelly … in a vessel heat 1.5 cup of water , bring to boil and add half cup sugar and half packet of China grass . Cook till the China grass melts then add Little green colour and mix. Pour in a bowl and let it set.
When the jelly is set , grate it with a small grater and put in the milk along with 2 tbsp soaked Sabza and lots of ice… let cool and serve with some icecream and sliced nuts if you wish or you can even serve it plain.
