Gola Kabab
This is like a mini version of seekh kabab which is equally delicious. You can make it in chicken or mutton.
Firstly wash half kg keema and squeeze out all the access water. Now to this add 2 chopped onions, 8-10 green chilli chopped, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder,2 tbsp koota hua dhanya, 1 tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp chana aata and very little chopped coriander. Mix everything well and grind again in small batches to a fine mince.
On any fat stick make small round seekh shape with help of greased hands.
Shallow fry on medium low heat till golden and cooked.
Serve hot with green chutney.
