Garlic Lachcha Paratha

Its winter season and paratha season  as well , thandi me parathe khane ka maza hi kuch aur hai . If you dont have green garlic in ur country you can use regular chopped garlic. And enjoy these parathas with your favorite gravy or even along with tea.
In a bowl mix together a handful of chopped green garlic and chopped coriander, you  can also add chopped green chillies. And 2 tbsp ghee  and 8 tbsp oil . Mix well and keep aside
Knead 1.5 cup maida and half cup wheat flour ( you can use only maida or only wheat as well ) along with 1 tsp sugar , salt  and a pinch of baking soda . Knead to a soft dough and apply oil in the end . Cover and keep for half hour .
Take a ball of dough and roll it into  a chapati. Spread the garlic mix and sprinkle some dry flour on top . , cut thin strips with help of knife or pizza cutter . Combine all strips together and roll it to a spiral. Roll again to a thick paratha with help of dry flour and roast it on tava with some oil or ghee until golden. Stack a few parathas together and press from the sides to separate the layers of the paratha. Serve hot.
