Garlic Bread
To make garlic butter… In a bowl put 4 tbsp butter amul is preferable , 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp oregano , half tsp mix herbs , 1 tsp chilli flakes , a pinch of salt , a tbsp of chopped coriander mix well( if you want you can mix in large quantity and keep in fridge for weeks in a airtight container. Just skip the coriander , and sprinkle coriander on the bread directly when you want to bake)
You can take a big garlic loaf and cut it into slices , or simply take your regular pav and cut into 3 slices. Spread the garlic butter on the slices (you can also add some mozzarella cheese on top) and grill in oven till slight golden or till ur desired crispness.
If you like soft garlic bread… join all the buttered slices to form a loaf and wrap in foil . Then bake in oven at 220° for 5-7min.
Serve hot with ketchup .
Tip… to make garlic toasts ,you can cut thinner slices of bread , apply the garlic butter and grill in oven till golden and crispy . Let cool and store up to 4 days in airtight box . You can serve these garlic toasts along with tea . Tastes really yumm when dipped in tea.
