Garam Masala Powder
The taste of Indian food really changes from the taste of your garam masala powder .the recipe that I’m giving is actually inspired by a katakat masala recipe . That’s why this garam masala is not so strong as other garam masalas available in the market . And trust me guys it really changes the taste of anything . Makes everything more tasty . Whenever you feel something is missing in taste , just put this garam masala and the food will become tasty . This recipe makes a jar full of garam masala that lasts for about 3 months .
Grind together 1/4th cup saunf , 18 pc of badi elaichi , 1/4th cup green elaichi ,1/4th cup khas khas , 1/4th cup javatri , half cup black pepper , 1 cup whole dhanya , 1 cup khamand (desicated coconut ), 2 cups źeera , 1/4th cup laung, 2 jaiphal, 1/4th cup taj (dalchini), 1 cup dhanya powder , 100 gm of Kashmiri red chilli. Grind all to a rough powder . Your garam masala powder is ready . I use the same for all my recipes.
