Galauti Kabab

So guys this isn’t the authentic recipe its again a no hassle recipe from my side .
In a bowl mix 500 gm keema, 3 slices of bread broken to pcs , 6 green chillies chopped , some chopped coriander, barista of 2 onions , 3 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tbsp kaju powder ( authentic recipes calls for roasted charoli powder but I do not like the flavour of it) juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp tenderiser ( u can use 4 tbsp papaya paste also but I have tenderizer at home so its convenient) 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 tsp red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and take small portions at a time and grind in the small jug of ur grinder to really fine keema . Mix half tsp kevra essence and 1 tsp rose water , after u have ground everything do koyla dhungar and let marinate for half hour . Make small flat kebabs with help of greased hands and grill in pan with little oil. Serve hot as it it’s with ketchup or chutney or along with paratha .
Ps. I would suggest u guys to use garam masala powder of my recipe for all my recipes.
