Gajar Ka Achaar
Winter is here and so are red carrots . This is an amazing sweet , spicy , tangy achaar to accompany any dish .
Cut 250gm carrot to Juliennes and mix in 4 tbsp imli pulp , 2 tbsp grated gudh , 2 tbsp koota Hua dhanya , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tsp zeera powder , 4 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp chopped garlic (or 2 tbsp hara lassan) 2 chopped green chillies and some chopped coriander and salt to taste . Mix well and serve . You can store in a glass jar for a week.
