Fruitella
Guys this is episode 2 of sharbat series and this is a dhamakaa. Don’t miss out in this one
I’ve used ready mango purée from @pulp.station. The quality of all their stuff is very good.
Firstly heat 2 litres of milk , add 3 cups sugar and mix till dissolved . Add slurry of 3 tbsp custard powder mixed in 1 cup water . Keep stirring and cool till slightly thick . Switch off heat and let this come to room temperature
Meanwhile prepare china grass halwa. Check my YouTube channel for detailed explanation .
Once the milk comes to room temperature, mix in 2 cups of mango purée and mix well .
Mix in lots of sliced nuts ( I’ve used kaju badam pista) , 1 tbsp sabza soaked in 1 cup water , some chopped china grass halwa , lots of ice and chill in the fridge
Before serving mix in 2 cups of choice of fruit chopped ( I’ve used 1 banana, half apple , half pomegranate and a handful of grapes )
That’s it’s just mix and serve chilled.
