Fruit Chaat
Now this is something I crave daily for iftaar . It’s easier to consume a good amount of fruits this tasty way.
Take a big bowl and add 4 bananas chopped, 1 Apple chopped , 2 slices each of papaya and sweet melon chopped, 1 mango chopped , fist of pomegranate , a slice of watermelon chopped , few slices of pineapple chopped and u can add ur choice of fruits . To this mix in 5 tbsp sugar , squeeze juice of half orange or mosambi (just cut into 2 n squeeze like lime) 1 tbsp mango tang , 1 tsp chaat masala and a pinch of red chilli powder . Just mix everything well and let the sugar melt and release juice from fruits . Serve chilled.
