French Toast
I have made this recipe by slicing pav into 3 slices . You can also use the uncut bread loafs and cut into thick slices ( thick slices make this tastier comparing to reqular bread. As the toast will turn crisp from out and soft and spongy from inside ๐)
Take 2 cups of milk and add to it 6 tbsp sugar , 3 eggs and a pinch of yellow colour . Grind with hand blender till all the sugar is dissolved.
Heat tava and add 1 tbsp ghee . Dip 2 slices at a time in the liquid .. just for 2 sec. And squeeze out little liquid (don’t squeeze out much or the toast will feel dry)
Put each slice far away on hot ghee and turn immidiately.
Keep cooking adding little ghee at a time on low heat.
Cook well on both sides till golden and crisp.
Serve hot with cream or malai๐
