Fish Pulao
Wash and drain 1kg of fish and marinate with , salt , juice of 3 limes , 4tsp red chilli powder ,1 tsp haldi , 1 tsp zeera powder , 2 tsp dhanya powder ,2 tbsp koota Hua dhanya and 1 tsp koota Hua zeera , 2 tsp kooti hui saunf , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 3 tbsp garlic paste , 250 gm yogurt , paste of 4 tomatoes and 1 packet maggi coconut milk powder . Let marinate for 2 hrs and then remove all excess marinate from the fish and keep aside .
In a vessel put oil , curry leaves , 2 slit green chilli , whole garam masala , 1 big onion sliced , and fry till golden. Add the entire fish marinade masala and saute. Add little coriander and potatoes , add water and bring to boil , add salt and 2.5 cups of washed and soaked rice . Cook well on medium heat till water is almost soaked , then put on dum for 15 mins , add lots of coriander and mint on top . And mix well .
Fry the fish till golden and serve with the pulao , along with some imli ka kachumbar šš
