Fish Masala

In a grinder blend together , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 tomatoes , 100 gm dahi , 1 packet maggi coconut milk powder , 2 green chillies , little chopped coriander , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , 1 tsp garam masala powder and salt to taste , Blend to a fine paste.
In a kadhai put oil and some curry leaves a pinch of rai, let it crackle and add half onion sliced and fry till golden then add the prepared paste , saute well add Little water and add 500 gms of your choice of fish or prawns . Cover and cook for 10 mins or till the fish is well cooked . Finally add 1 pc of kokam soaked in half cup warm water. Then cook for 2 min and add Little chopped coriander . Serve hot with toor dal khichdi or chapati or neer dosa.
