Fish Haryali
Marinate 500 gms of your choice of fish with the green paste.
For the green paste in a grinder make paste of 2 fist coriander , 1 fist mint , 8-10 cloves of garlic , 4-5 green chillies ,4-5 curry leaves,half green capcicum, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp saunf , half tsp haldi , juice of two limes And salt to taste. After making paste mix in 2 tbsp yogurt .( we are not grinding the yogurt as it will make the paste very thin)
Apply this paste on the fish and let marinate for few hrs.
Remove all excess marinate and fry the fish .
(Tip if you like crispy fish .. sprinkle little corn flour on each side just b4 frying)
Remove the fish in your serving plate and in the same fish oil , saute the leftover masala till oil comes up and masala dries . Spread the masala on the fish and sprinkle some chopped coriander . Serve hot on it’s own or with chapati or tandoori naan.
