Fish Fingers

Marinate 500 gram boneless fish fingers of your choice with juice of 2 limes , 1 egg , 1 tbsp corn flour , 2 tsp garlic paste ,1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes , 1 tsp mixed herbs , 1tsp oregano , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce . Let marinate for few hrs.
In 2 cups of fresh bread crumbs ( roughly grind fresh bread in grinder) mix 1 tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano and some chopped coriander.
Coat the fish with the bread crumbs and Fry on medium heat till golden . Serve hot with tartar sauce.
For tartar sauce mix 2 tbsp mayo with 2 tbsp yogurt , little salt , 1 tsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped olives , 1 tsp chopped pickled jalapeno.( just slice the big jalapeno chillies and cook in vinager water mix with little salt till the chillies r soft . You can store this in glass jar for months)
