Fiery Chciken

Wash 1 kg of chiken and poke it with an ice pick. In a big bowl put the chicken and enough water to soak the chicken , mix in 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 stock cube, salt and 4 tbsp vinager. Let this rest in the fridge for few hrs or overnight. In a bowl mix 4 tbsp olive oil , 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp oregano , half tsp mix herbs ,2 tsp chilli flakes ,1 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp maida and salt . Drain the chicken and apply the second marinade. Let this marinate for 2 hrs (tip marination is the key ,the more u soak the chicken and the more u marinate , tastier and juicy the chicken will be) now on the stove put a papad grill (the one with lines we use to roast papad) now grill the chciken on this just to create black lines . Then cook the chciken in the oven till tender. Serve hot.
