Make barista of 4 onion , leave little aside and in a grinder grind the barista , 2 tomato , 250 gm dahi , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 green chilli . Make paste … in kadhai heat oil add whole garam masala , prepared paste , juice of 1 lime ,salt and 1 tbsp bombay biryani masala ,1 tsp red chillipowder , half tsp each of haldi dhanya zeera garam masala powder, saute well add lots of kothmir phudina , add Little water and 6 boiled eggs and cook for 2 min …. for layering put thin layer of rice then egg masala then fried potatoes then leftover rice then colour , barista , kothmir phudina n little ghee. Cook on high heat for 10 min n low heat on dum for 20 min.
