Egg Bhurji
A very easy and quick breakfast recipe that’s my fave. I’ve made a large batch here in the video , writing the recipe below for 2 eggs
All u have to do is take 1 onion per egg that ur using .
In oil put a pinch of whole zeera , 2 finely chopped onions and 2 green chilli chopped , and sauté for a few seconds, add salt , a generous pinch of haldi and a generous pinch of black pepper powder, mix well and sauté for a min, add 2 eggs and mix well , cook for 4-5 mins or till u see the oil separate from the egg . Lastly add lots of chopped coriander and mix well and serve along with some buttered pav , roti or paratha.
