Dudhi / Lauki Ki Sabzi

A very easy to make sabzi that tastes just toooo good.

In a pressure cooker heat little oil , add half tsp whole zeera , 1/4th tsp hing , 1 chopped onion , 2-3 chopped green chilli and sauté till color changes . Add 2 chopped tomatoes , salt , 1 tsp garlic paste and sauté more . Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp garam masala powder, half tsp haldi powder , some chopped coriander and sauté more . Add 250 gm of diced dudhi and sauté . Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle and keep on low heat for two mins . That’s it . Your sabzi is ready to serve.
