Double Trouble Donut MOD Style

I’ve made a hugeeeeee batch ( these stay good out for 2 days and over a week in the fridge in closed container ) below is recipe of 10 small donuts.

For the basic donut dough….. In a bowl mix , 2.5 cup maida , 1/4th cup powdered sugar , 2 tsp yeast , 2 pinch salt. Keep aside.
Now in another bowl mix together , half cup warm milk ( not too hot or it will kill the yeast and not too cool that it doesn’t ferment the yeast ) mix 1.5 tbsp melted butter , 1.5 tbsp oil,1 egg . Add the liquid mix to dry mix little at a time and keep kneading . If you have a stand mixer to knead dough than use that . Or simply workout both ur hands to knead the dough for atleast 15-20 mins. ( cummon we are strong woman we can do this )
Now cover ur bowl with a lid or cling wrap and put in the fridge for 2 hour.
After 1 hour punch down the dough that has increased in size and take a big ball of dough and roll with help of little dry flour into a v thick roti ( around over 1 cm thick ) . Cut donuts with help of glass and keep all donuts aside . Cover and let rest for an hour and then deep fry on medium low heat till golden (use enough oil to fry so that the donuts float . Don’t shallow fry)

Meanwhile prepare ganache – cook together 200 gm chopped dark chocolate and 100 gm cream till melted and let cool . Then fill in piping bag .

Once the donuts have cooled down make a hole with any pointed thing like back of beater blade ( turn it around well inside so we make a good hollow to stuff a generous amount of ganache )
then fill with ganache and keep aside.

Melt 200 gm milk chocolate and dip each donut in it . Decorate with melted white chocolate and serve.
Taste best immediately. If you will eat later on then heat for 10-12 seconds in the microwave so that the chocolate melts.
