Double Chocolate Overload Brownies
Super duper soft , melt in the mouth , overloaded with chocolate from evrywhere š if ur a brownie lover , head to the kitchen righttt now š¤¤
In a bowl put 100 gms of chopped dark chocolate , 100 gms of chopped milk chocolate , 250 gms of butter. Melt this over a double boiler and keep aside
In a bowl beat together 4 eggs along with 180 grams of castor sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla essence till very fluffy. Beat in the melted chocolate and butter. Fold in 125 grams of seived maida , 2 tbsp seived cocoa powder. Once well combined , mix in 100 gms of chopped milk chocolate and 100 gms of chopped dark chocolate.
Pour in a greased tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins . Check in the middle make sure not to overbake .
Let cool and cut into pcs .
For the chocolate drench … chop 100 gms of milk chocolate and 100 gms of dark chocolate and keep aside . In a vessel heat 100 ml fresh cream and 50 ml milk, bring to a boil and switch off heat. Mix in the chopped chocolate. Mix well till no lumps remain.
Place brownies in a plate and drench it with the chocolate, lastly sprinkle some roasted nuts and serve as it is or along with some vanilla icecream š¤¤
