Tender coconut lovers need to try this asap
I’ve used frozen tender coconut from @pulp.station
You can use fresh if you want.
Simply beat 2 cup whipping cream till soft peaks , beat in 375 gm tin of condensed milk . Then beat in tender coconut paste ( just make a tough thick paste by blending 2 cup of tender coconut pcs and little coconut water )
Mix till well combined .
In separate bowls or tray put some vanilla sponge cake and moisten with little coconut water .
Top with the coconut cream we have made and garnish with sliced kaju.
Chill for 2 hours and serve chilled.
