Diet Uttappam

Slightly roast a cup each of oats and rawa . Let cool and Grind to powder. To this powder mix 4-5cloves of chopped garlic , 2-3 green chillies chopped , half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi , 1 small onion chopped , 1 tomato chopped , some chopped coriander , little grated carrot, half tsp garam masala powder, salt to taste and enough water to make a thick paste . On  a non stick tava drizzle some olive oil , make like pancake and grill well on both sides . Serve hot with green chutney.
P.s you can also use this recipe for kids tiffin healthy and tasty.
