Dhamaka Paratha

As the name says this paratha turned to be a dhamaka of flavours.
Marinate 250 gms of chicken with salt , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , 2 tbsp ketchup , 1 tbsp red chilli sauce n 1 tsp red chilli powder. Marinate for half hour and then cook till done n dry . Let cool

In a big bowl mix 350 gms of crumbled paneer, 200 grams of grated cheese , the cooked chicken , half cup boiled corn ,1 small chopped capcicum, lots of chopped coriander , 2 tsp chaat masala powder , salt .
In a small vessel heat little oil, add a pinch of hing , few curry leaves sliced, fry 1 small chopped onion till golden , add 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tbsp tandoori masala . Cook for a few sec and pour on the paneer n chicken mix .
Mix well
Knead dough with 1.5 cup maida , 1.5 cup wheat flour , salt , pinch of baking soda and water , lastly apply some oil .

Roll 1 roti n keep aside. Roll another roti and spread the dhamaka filling. Place the other roti on top and press overall slightly to seal . Fry till golden . Serve hot with some ketchup n green chutney🤤
