Delecta Chicken Pasta

Delecta means to enjoy in Latin.  And this is a pasta ull really enjoy , that’s y I have named it this way .This is not a pasta dish available  anywhere it’s my own innovation .
And all u pasta lovers should definitely  try , specially  if u like a little desi touch or spice in your pasta .
Heat a mix of  regular  oil and olive oil( just around 4-5 tbsp not much) in a kadhai , add 2 tbsp chopped  garlic, 2 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp parsley,  1 tsp mix herbs , saute for a few seconds  and add 250 gms of chopped  chicken  , salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder. Cook well till chicken  is tender,  add 6 tbsp tomato ketchup  , 4 tbsp green chilli sauce,  4 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp sriracha sauce , 1 tsp vinegar and cook for two more mins . Switch off heat and keep aside.
In another vessel heat 4 tbsp butter , add 4 tbsp maida and saute well , add 2 cups of milk 1 cup of water and cook till thick. And mix salt and a pinch of white pepper powder. Cook till thick and keep aside.
Boil 250 gms of your choice  of pasta and in a big vessel  mix together  the boiled pasta , the prepared  white sauce and chicken.  Mix  well and add half cup of grated cheese ( u can use only processed  or mozzarella  or a mix of both or even cheddar) . Cook for 5 more mins and serve piping hot along with some garlic bread on the side. Enjoy.
