Dahi Puri
One of my fave chaat dishes , super quick to make If u have all the ingredients handy.
You can make these using boiled n mashed potatoes , cooked ragda or soaked boondi , or boiled moong or a mix of boondi , potato and moong. I’ve used boondi and potato.
In a bowl mix a cup of dahi , 2 tbsp powdered sugar and little water . Mix well and keep aside.
Make holes in pani puri puris , and stuff with ur favorite filling . Put green chutney and meethi chutney (recipes posted previously #naziafarhanextras) put beaten dahi on top , sprinkle some zeera powder , chaat masala and red chilli powder , sprinkle some yellow sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
