Dahi Misal

For the sprouts…. In a pressure cooker put little oil , Half tsp whole zeera , 1 chopped onion and fry till light golden , add 2 chopped tomatoes , 1 tsp garlic paste, salt , half tsp haldi, half tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp dhanya powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garam masala powder , add Little water and saute well . Add 500 gms of mixed sprouts ( you get ready soaked sprouts in market just tell them to mix all and give just put more of moong sprout) and 1 potato cut to cubes and half cup water . Cook for 1 whistle on high heat and 2 min on low heat. Lastly add some chopped coriander .
Now it’s time to assemble .. In a plate or bowl first put a layer of mixed farsan ( you need 500 gm mixed farsan for this recipe .. you will get this at any farsan shop . We need the mix farsan that has ghathia and seeng etc) now on top of this put a layer of cooked sprouts followed by a drizzle of green chutney and meethi chutney now on top of this put a dollop of dahi ( you can put plain dahi or mix it with little salt and sugar ) finally sprinkle some chat masala ,sev and chopped coriander .serve  immidiately . Many people eat this with paw but i prefer eating directly with spoon as a chaat.
