Crispy Thread Chicken
Cut 500 gm chicken into strips and hammer it slightly(This helps the marinate to seep in better)
Marinate with 1.5 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 4 tbsp chilli garlic sauce , 1 tbsp vinager, salt , 1tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp sugar , pinch of red colour, 1 egg , 2 tbsp maida , 1 tbsp corn flour. Marinate for few hrs and then stick thread and fry till golden.. ( I prefer using samosa sheets cut into thin strips by hand . Just roll few sheets and cut thinly with a sharp knife. It tastes much better than ready thread)
