Crispy Spinach Chicken

Marinate 500 gms of chicken cut in small strips with , salt , 1 tsp white pepper ,2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp vinager , 1tbsp chilli sauce , 3 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 egg . Marinate for half hour and deep fry till done. Keep aside.
Red paste:- grind together 3 Kashmiri red chillies with , half cup ketchup , 1 tsp vinager , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp chilli sauce , 2 tsp sugar , 1 tsp white pepper powder ,salt ,And a pinch of red colour to a fine paste.
In a kadhai heat oil , add  fist of broken cashews and fry till it just starts to turn golden add 2-3 Kashmiri red chillies broken to pcs, then add 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 1tsp chopped ginger and a few green chillies slit , saute little and add 1 small sliced onion and capcicum ,saute for a min and add the red paste . Cook for 2-3 mins and add the fried chicken and cook till chicken is well coated and dry . Lastly add chopped coriander and spring onion and mix well .
For spinach , slice 1 bundle of spinach and slice it really finely , toss with 2 tbsp cornflour and deep fry in small batches till crisp ( if u fry alot at a time or take less oil it will turn soggy so be patient with this) remove the crispy spinach in a bigbowl and toss 2 tsp powdered sugar , 1 tbsp roasted white til , and little salt.
Plate the chicken and crispy spinach in a plate and serve hot.
