Crispy Rava Masala Fish

Hey guys ive made these with pomfrets from #ocean_basket.an
You can use your choice of fish.
In a grinder , grind together 8-10 cloves of garlic , little chopped coriander,2 green chillies, juice of 2 lime , 2 pinch hing , 3-4 curry leaves , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp gram masala powder, 2 tsp tandoori masala , pinch of red colour , salt , grind to a fine paste and apply on 1kg of fish . Let marinate for atleast half hour.

In a plate mix 1.5 tbsp corn flour , 1.5 tbsp chana aata , 2.5 tbsp rava , half tsp kasoori methi, pinch of salt , and little chopped coriander. Mix well and keep aside.

Lift each pc of fish and roll nicely in the prepared flour mix , shallow fry ( or deep fry for more crispness) till golden.
Serve hot along with some green chutney.

If u want to have the fish along with roti with slight gravy , then remove excess masala from fish and then fry using the same method.
Into the leftover marinade mix 3 tbsp dahi and 3 tbsp fresh coconut paste ( u can use 3 tbsp coconut milk powder also ) add little salt , mix well and stirfry the masla with little oil ,, for 2-3 min and lastly mix some chopped coriander, serve along with the fried fish and chapati or neer dosa.
