Crispy Potato Fingers

These are super quick , easy and are loved by all.

In a kadhai heat half cup water , 1 tbsp oil , when it comes to a boil add half cup rava and cook on low heat and keep stirring till a ball is formed . Switch of heat and let cool . Mix in 2 cup of boiled and grated potatoes , 2 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 2 green chillies chopped , lots of chopped coriander , salt , half tsp white pepper powder . Mix well . Grease hands and shape into thin long fingers . Shallow fry 4-5 pcs at a time till golden and crisp. Serve hot with ketchup.
