Crispy Icecream Bites (Viral Icecream From Dubai)

Guyssssssss I was in chocolate coma after having this . U guys haveeeeee to try this out ASAP .

As usual mine is a huge batch . Below is a recipe for 4-6 people .

Firstly take 4 Icecream sandwiches (any brand) and cut it randomly into triangles and rectangles . Put it in a tray and freeze it for 2-3 hours so it’s easy to work with .

Chop 100 gm of white chocolate and melt it . Mix in 3-4 tbsp rice crispies and mix .

Take out the cut Icecream from the fridge and dip in the chocolate and remove with help of a spoon ( work quickly so that Icecream doesn’t start melting) and freeze for half hour

Repeat the same with 100 g milk/dark chocolate.
(I’ve used morde compound) with the remaining pcs.

Freeze again completely for an hour and serve with chocolate ganache (just melt 100 gm milk/dark chocolate with 100gm cream till melted)

Originally in Dubai this icecream is served with Nutella. But I’m trying not to use it (for obvious reasons)
