Crispy Honey Chilli Vegetables

This is a musttttt try recipes . The ones who do not like vegetables have also enjoyed eating this .
Also if you wish you can make this recipe only with potatoes to make it honey chilli potatoes.
I’ve made a huge batch of. Below is recipe of small batch enough to serve 4.

In a big bowl mix 6 tbsp Maida , 6 tbsp corn flour , salt , half tsp black pepper powder. Mix with cold water to make a thick paste . Then mix half kg of vegetables ( I’ve used bell peppers, mushroom , carrot , cabbage , onion , broccoli , baby corn ) also I have used potato fingers . For potato fingers you need to cut the potato into finger and then cook it in boiling water for 30-40 seconds. Strain and then use . All other vegetables will be used directly .
Mix well and deep fry till light golden and keep aside ( you can do this a minimum 1 hour before serving or also before 5-6 hours )

In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp soya sauce , 3 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp Shezwan sauce , 1 tbsp vinegar, half cup water 1 tbsp corn flour , 1 tsp ajinomoto , 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp white pepper powder. Mix and keep aside.

Refry the vegetables till dark golden and crisp just before serving.

In a wok heat oil and put copped spices ( Chopperise together 6-7 cloves of garlic , 1 slice ginger , 2 green chilli and 1/4th onion ) sauté till fragrant and add the sauce mix and cook . Add fried vegetables and toss . Add 1 tsp white till and some chopped spring onions and toss and serve immediately.
