Crispy Fried Garlic Mutton / Chicken
Firstly marinate 500 gm of chicken/ mutton with salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes. Let marinate for half hour atleast and pressure cook the mutton till done and dry it completely. If you’re using chicken with bone you can cook it in any vessel till done and dry ( boneless chicken strips can be hammered, then marinated and used directly)
Once the meat is cooled down . Dip in beaten egg and then coat with panko or fresh bread crumbs and fry few pcs at a time on medium heat till golden and crisp.
Serve hot with garlic chilli mayo.
Simply mix half cup mayo , 1 tsp garlic powder or chopped garlic , half tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños , 1 chopped green chilli, very little chopped coriander And a pinch of salt . Mix and serve.
