Crispy Fried Butterfly Prawns

This is a musttttttt try recipe for all u seafood lovers , a little hard work that goes in , but the outcome is toooo good.
This recipe  is for 12 tiger prawns

Firstly  grind a 4-6 slices of bread  with 1/4 tsp garlic  powder   half tsp red chilli powder and a pinch of orange food  colour  . Keep aside

In a bowl mix  together  2 tsp red chilli  powder  , salt  , half tsp haldi , half tsp black pepper powder    half tsp garlic  powder .

Clean  , devein,  and butterfly cut the prawns ( you can follow the pics  given or check any video on YouTube) hammer the prawns a little to flatten , pat the prawns dry with a cloth and apply the masala powders . Let marinate for 2 hrs .

Dip the prawns in beaten egg and coat with the prepared  bread crumbs  and shallow fry  on medium  heat till golden and crisp. 
Serve along with garlic  mayo , just mix 4 tsp mayonnaise  and half tsp garlic powder  with  2 tbsp water.
