Crispy Chilli Chatakha Potatoes

This is an awesome tea time recipe in monsoons and a super hit with guests.

To make chilli chatakha mix – simply mix 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp chaat masala , 2 tbsp peri peri masala ,2 tsp garlic powder and little salt . Mix and use as needed .( you can store this for a month in a jar and use on fries or pakoras etc)

Boil baby potatoes with salt to taste .
Let cool and smash with hands or glass . Coat each pc with dry corn flour and fry till light golden.
Keep aside and just before serving refry till dark golden brown and crisp .
Remove in a plate and sprinkle chilli chatakha mix as much as you like and also little chopped coriander. Serve immediately with chilli chatakha mayo .

For mayo simply mix half cup mayo , 1 tbsp chilli chatakha mix and little water to adjust consistency.
