Crispy Box Pattice

These are crisp from outside and just mouth melting from inside .
Marinate 500 gm thin chicken slabs with 1.5 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp white pepper powder , salt, 4 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tsp vinegar . Let marinate for half hour and grill in a pan with little oil till done . Cut into strips and keep aside.

In a big bowl mix 1 cup sliced cabbage , 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce , salt , 1 tsp sugar , 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano , half tsp white pepper powder, 3 tbsp cream , 3 tbsp mayonnaise . Mix well and keep aside .

To assemble … make a + sign with 2 samosa sheets. On the centre square put little of the cheese cabbage mix we prepared and place 3-4 strips of chicken in a line . Close each lid clock wise and seal the last one with beaten egg . Dip the pattice in beaten egg then maida then again beaten egg then fresh bread crumbs or panko. Shallow fry on medium heat till golden. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
