Crisp Tandoori Prawns / Chicken

Marinate 500 gm of prawns or boneles chicken strips, with salt , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp zeera powder ,juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp maida 1 tbsp cornflour some chopped coriander n a splash of water if needed to mix evrything well. Let marinate for half hour.

In a bowl mix 1 cup fresh bread crumbs , 2 tbsp maida , 1 tbsp cornflour , 1 tsp oregano and little chopped coriander .

Just b4 serving coat well with breadcrumbs mix and deep fry till golden. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
