Creamy Chicken Lasagna
This is just toooooooo good guys.
In a kadhai take some oil and 50 gm butter , once melted put 4 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté till fragrant. Then add 1 tbsp oregano , 1 tbsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp white pepper powder and 2 chicken stock cubes ( I have used @mekumeku.multiventure and this really enhanced the taste to a next level .
And the beat part is that these r completely halal)
Once the stock cube melts put 300 gm chopped chicken and sauté well till done . Then add 4 tbsp heaped maida and sauté well till fragrant. Add 500 mL milk and 1 cup water . Cook till thick . Add salt ( add less salt as stock cube also has salt) and add half cup fresh cream and half cup mayonnaise. Cook little and your filling is ready .
Boil 6 lasagna sheets and keep aside ( you can also follow the same for pasta . Just mix 2 cup pasta boiled to the filing and mix )
In a tray put lasagna sheet and a thin layer of filling . Then sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and processed cheese . Repeat till you have 3 layers . On the final layer put cheese generously . Garnish with olives and jalapeño. Bake in preheated oven at 230 degree till golden ( takes around 20-25 min)
Serve hot.
