Cream Puffs

In a vessel heat 175 ml of water and 80 gms unsalted butter , 1 pinch of salt and 100 gms of sugar. Once the water comes to a boil then add 150 gms of maida . Keep stirring till a ball of dough is formed n it starts sticking  slightly to the bottom of the pan. Switch off the heat and let the batter cool . Beat in 4 eggs one by one til a thick even paste is formed free from any lumps. Fry small balls on very low heat till the balls turn big and light golden. The balls should be hollow from between when you break it.
To make the filling mix 1.5 cup of whipped cream with a cup of custard (to make chocolate version mix chocolate pudding instead .. you can follow my recipe of chocolate pudding)
Stuff the cream puffs with the filling with help of piping bag and nozzle.
Serve in a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar with help of a seive.
