Corn Pattice

If u love corn and potatoes you are gonna surely love these.

In a kadhai heat little oil , add half tsp zeera , 2 tsp chopped garlic , 3-4 chopped green chilies and saute till fragrant , add 1 cup of boiled corn ( you can use whole or crushed, i prefer keeping half whole and crushing the other half for 2 pulses in the grinder ) saute and add 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , 1 tsp chaat masala , salt and loads of chopped coriander . Cook for 2 mins and switch off heat . If u want you can add some grated cheese once its cooled.

Take 2 cups of boiled mashed potatoes , add salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 4 tbsp cornflour and mix well.

Grease your hands with little oil , take a ball of potato mix and flatten it , stuff with a tbsp of corn filling and close from sides to form shape of a pattice . Lightly coat with dry cornflour and shallow fry till golden and crisp. Serve hot.
