Corn Pakoras

Winters are here and it’s freezing cold . craveing for some piping hot corn pakoras ? No time to drive to mahabi ? Here’s the perfect recipe for u guys

In a big bowl mix together 2 cups of sweet corn, 3 chopped green chillies , 2 tbsp each of , makai aata , corn flour , chana aata , maida aata and rice flour (if you don’t have any flour then skip it and put little extra of the flours u have available ) 2 tbsp ghati masala (you can use ready made or follow my recipe), half tsp black pèpper powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp zeera powder ,salt , lots of chopped coriander and pinch of baking soda . Mix well and mix water enough to bind everything together . Let rest for 15 min then deep fry pakoras on high heat till golden and crisp . Sprinkle lots of chat masala and toss . Serve hot along with ghaati masala or ketchup.
