Corn Cheese Buns

For the dough take 2 cups Maida and add salt to taste , 3 tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp instant yeast , 50 gm melted butter and mix well . Knead with around a cup of lukewarm milk to a soft dough . Cover n keep aside for 2 hours or till double in size .

For filling simply mix 1
Cup mozzarella or processed cheese , 1 cup boiled corn ,3-4 chopped green chilli. 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes . Mix well n keep aside

Take a small ball of dough with greased hands and flatten it . Stuff with the filling and make buns .

Keep all buns in a greased oven tray and cover and keep aside for an hour. Brush with egg and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees till golden.( around 15 mins)
Serve hot.
