Corn Cheese Balls

In a kadhai heat 4 tbsp butter and half cup oil , to this add 1 cup of maida heaped . Saute a little and add 1 cup milk and 1 cup water . Keep cooking on low heat till it starts leaving the sides and forms a ball . Remove in a big bowl and add a cup of boiled corn , lots of chopped coriander , 5-6 chopped green chillies , salt to taste 1tsp white pepper powder and half cup of grated cheese . Mix well and make balls . Dip these balls in cornflour slurry and then coat with fresh bread crumbs or Panko . Deep fry on high heat till golden . Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
