Coconut Chutney

Grind together 1 small fresh coconut along with , half inch ginger , 2 green chillies , little coriander leaves , 2 tbsp tamarind pulp and salt and enough water to grind to paste ( you can skip tamarind if you don’t like sour food)
Make baghar with 2 tbsp oil , half tsp rai , few curry leaves and 2 red chilli .
Pour baghar on the chutney and mix well . Serve with dosa or as an accompaniment.
