Cocktail Samosa

This is a v delicious samosa version that you guys should try in Ramadan and otherwise

Add 2 tbsp oil to a Kadhai , add 250 gm of washed keema , 1 tbsp ginger , 1tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder,half tsp black pepper powder , half tsp haldi ,4-5 chopped green chilli, lime juice from 1 lime and cook well , lastly add 1 chopped onion and cook for 2-3 mins and add lots of chopped coriander and mint and cook for a few mins till completely dry .Let cool and mix in 2 chopped boiled eggs and 2 chopped boiled potatoes

For the dough … mix together 2 cup maida, 2 pinch each of ajwain , saunf and zeera , salt to taste and 6 tbsp oil. Mix really well till you get crumb like texture . Now knead with water to a hard dough (add little water at a time and keep mixing this will give a nice flakey pudh .) Keep aside covered for half hour.

stuff the filling in samosa sheets or make samosa dough and fill and deep fry on medium heat till golden. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney, press the fried samosa slightly from top and squeeze little lime juice on top and have to enhance the taste.
